Our professional Pet Stylists want your dog’s grooming experience to be as enjoyable as possible every time.  They are experienced to recognise even the most subtle signs of stress and will go out of their way to ensure they have no trembling puppies, but lots of happy dogs bouncing through the door in preparation for their pamper session filled with cuddles, positive support, treats (if allowed) all in a relaxing environment filled with calming scents and music.

If our team weren’t caring enough, they have formalised their knowledge by successfully completing the Fear Free Groomer Certification Course and is recognised as a Fear Free Certified Professional.

Many dogs don’t necessarily enjoy having a haircut, getting their feet handled, or taking a bath.  But our groomers go out of their way to ensure they make them feel relaxed (and even fun!).

  • Prices are a guide only, actual prices are determined based on the time our Pet Stylist requires to complete their appointment.  It will be also based on their size, coat type and condition, behavior and specific requirements.
  • If any extra work is required, where we can we will contact you first for approval so there are no nasty surprises on pickup

Size Guide
Our prices are based on a number of factors including their size and time required for specific breed cuts.

We know that every kid is different and may be smaller or bigger.  The following list provides you with an approximate guide of what size your fur kid is considered.  If you have any questions, feel free to chat to one of the team before your groom.

  • Small – Bichon Frise, Lhasa apso, Maltese, Moodles, Pomeranian, Shih Tzu etc

  • Medium – Cavoodle, Spoodle, King Charles Spaniel, Mini Poodle, Mini Schnauzer etc.

  • Large – Border Collies, Cocker Spaniel, Labrador, Labradoodle, Standard Poodles, Standard Schnauzer etc.
